Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Baracuta purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all authentic tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package the Goods

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Baracuta box is securely sealed to protect the heritage quality of the garment during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
